Terms of service
Last updated: 9 October 2026
In short: use our tools fairly and legally, pay for the plan you choose, and you can cancel any time. We work hard to keep our tools running, but we can’t promise they’ll never break.
1. Who we are
These terms are an agreement between you and PAMEZ LTD, trading as 360 Tech Studio (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 15523320, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. They apply to our website 360techstudio.com and to all our tools, including the RipAd browser extension (together, the “Services”). By installing or using the Services, you agree to these terms.
2. Using our tools
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services under these terms. You must be at least 16 and, if you use the Services for a business, you confirm you can agree to these terms for it.
You agree not to:
- use the Services in a way that breaks any law, or the terms of any website you use them on;
- copy, resell, sublicense or share your licence key or paid plan with other people;
- try to bypass usage limits, licence checks or other technical restrictions;
- reverse engineer the Services, except where the law allows it;
- use the Services to run automated bulk collection, or to build a database for resale.
3. Content you export
Our tools help you save publicly available information for your own research. Ads, images, videos and text you export belong to their owners. You are responsible for how you use them, including respecting copyright, trademarks and the terms of the websites you use our tools on. Use exported content for research and inspiration; don’t republish other brands’ ads as your own.
RipAd works with the Meta Ad Library™. Meta and Facebook are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. RipAd is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta.
4. Free and paid plans
- Free plans have the usage limits shown on the pricing page. We may change free limits at any time.
- Subscriptions (monthly or yearly) renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. We’ll show the price before you pay, and tell you in advance if a renewal price changes.
- Lifetime plans are a one-time payment. Lifetime includes all current and future features of that tool that run in your browser, for one user, for as long as we offer the tool. AI and other cloud features come with the same monthly credit allowance as the Pro plan; extra usage and separate cloud products are sold separately. Lifetime licences are personal and can’t be transferred.
- “Unlimited” means unlimited normal use by one person, subject to fair use. We may limit accounts that show signs of abuse, automated use or licence sharing.
- A licence works on up to 2 browsers unless the pricing page says otherwise.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. For purchases made through Stripe Managed Payments, Stripe acts as the reseller (merchant of record) and handles payment, sales tax/VAT and invoicing, and Stripe’s terms for buyers also apply. Prices are in US dollars; taxes are added at checkout where required.
6. Cancelling, refunds and your rights
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the tool (for RipAd: RipAd → Manage) or from the link in your receipt email. You keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
If you’re a consumer in the UK or EU, you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase. By activating a paid plan straight away, you ask us to start providing it immediately and accept that this right to cancel ends once you’ve started using it. Our 14-day money-back guarantee still applies to your first payment. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
7. Availability and changes
Our tools depend on third-party websites, browsers and app stores that can change without notice. We’ll work to keep the Services running and fix problems quickly, but we can’t guarantee they’ll always be available, error-free or work with every website. We may change, improve or remove features. If we stop offering a paid tool, we’ll give you reasonable notice and a fair refund for any prepaid period you can’t use.
8. Our liability
The Services are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that can’t be limited by law.
9. Suspension and ending
We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, for example by sharing or reselling a licence. You can stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling them.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll update the date above and, for paid customers, tell you by email before it takes effect.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you’re a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you can also rely on the laws and courts of where you live.
