Pricing questions
What counts as one ad?
Each ad you export with at least one saved image or video counts as one ad, however many carousel cards it has. Downloading a single ad counts as one. Saving an ad to your swipe file is free; exporting a collection counts its ads.
When does my weekly allowance reset?
Every Monday at 00:00 your local time.
Why is there a limit per export?
Very large exports can freeze your browser or run into the Ad Library’s own limits. The per-export cap keeps every export reliable. You can run as many exports as your weekly allowance allows.
What does “unlimited (fair use)” mean on Pro?
Export as much as you need for your own research and client work. We only step in for abuse, such as automated bulk use or sharing one licence across a team.
What exactly is included in Lifetime?
Lifetime includes all current and future RipAd features that run in your browser, for one user, for as long as RipAd is offered. If we add AI or other cloud features, Lifetime gets the same monthly credit allowance as Pro; extra usage and separate cloud products are sold separately. Lifetime is personal and can’t be transferred, and promo codes don’t apply to it.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes, any time from RipAd → Manage. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
