In short: we collect very little, we never sell your data, and our tools keep your work on your own device wherever possible.
This policy explains how PAMEZ LTD, trading as 360 Tech Studio (“we”, “us”), company number 15523320, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, handles personal data on 360techstudio.com and when you buy or use our tools. What we collect
- When you visit our website: our host (Hostinger) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running.
- When you buy a plan: Stripe handles your payment. We receive your name, email address, country, what you bought and your licence key. We never see your full card details.
- When you contact us or fill in a feedback form: whatever you choose to send us.
- When you use a paid tool: the tool checks your licence key with our licence server, as described in that tool’s privacy policy.
Why we use it (and our legal basis)
- To deliver and support what you bought: to perform our contract with you.
- To keep our website and tools secure and working: our legitimate interests.
- To keep tax and accounting records: legal obligation.
- To send product news or offers: only if you agree, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell personal data. We share it only with services that help us run our business, under their own data protection terms:
- Stripe: payments, tax and invoicing (privacy policy).
- Hostinger: website hosting.
- Cloudflare: our licence server.
- Google: feedback forms and email.
Some of these services process data outside the UK. When they do, they use legal safeguards such as UK-approved standard contract clauses.
Cookies
Our website uses only the cookies it needs to work (for example, to keep the site fast and secure). We don’t use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or advertising cookies in future, we’ll ask for your consent first.
How long we keep data
Purchase and licence records: while your plan is active and then for up to 6 years for tax and accounting. Support emails: up to 2 years. Server logs: a short time, usually under 30 days.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to how we use it, or get a copy to take elsewhere. Email support@360techstudio.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Children
Our website and tools are for business use and aren’t meant for children under 16.
